What do you think first if you hear the word Sauna? Sweating?
Sweating is one of the ways our body uses to detoxify itself. There are many ways to produce sweat like do sport, like jogging, aerobics, biking, flirting ..ups no..no just joking..![]()
But, if you do not have time or you are lazy to do the exercise, maybe you can try sauna. Many people use conventional sauna like rock sauna or Finnis Sauna to produce sweat.
Conventional sauna is a sauna that uses heaters to warm the air and stones. Water is tossed on the stones to produce steam. The hot air causes the body to heat up, make you sweat.
One of the most effective way to sauna is used Infrared Sauna. Infrared Sauna is a sauna that uses heaters that produces radiant energy, which have the same heat from the sun, but it is safer because without the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays. So, infrared Sauna is similar with sunbathing but this completely healthy and safe.
According from study, Infrared Sauna is better than Conventional Sauna because :
Conventional sauna only heats the outside of your skin or no penetration. The temperature (between 180-240 degrees F) can make you hard to breathing and often make eyes irritating. Sometimes it is not recommended for people with heart problems too. A study analyzing the chemical composition of sweat found that the sweat of participants using the box of hot rocks sauna had 95-97% water.
Infrared Sauna waves penetrate almost 2 inches into the body, so it can activating the release of toxins, metal, poison in your body through skin. The temperature is between 105-110 degrees F, but the sweat using an infrared sauna was 80-85% water and the rest being composed of cholesterol, fat-soluble toxins, heavy metals (such as mercury and cadmium), sulfuric acid, ammonia, sodium, and uric acid.
Infrared Sauna also most effective to weight loss, pain relief, skin purification, cardiovascular workout, lower blood pressure and improved circulation.
